What’s your understanding for love?

Congya: Love is a positive energy that we are born with. This power can break the wall between people and incorporate people. Love can help one to defeat loneliness, but maintain one’s own personality at the same time. If one person is attractive to me, he/she is adorable no matter which way he/she expresses his/her love towards me.

Niko: Love is when two independent but charming people get together because they admire and like each other. They would support each other, compete with each other, and last but not the least, to become a better person because of the other person.

What does sexual orientation mean to you?

Congya: It means the freedom of human rights.

Niko: I think no matter what year it is, no matter which era it is, love will always happen to us humans. It is not related to what sexual orientation you are.

How did you meet each other?

Congya: She saw me in several interviews and our common friends introduced us to each other. So we met each other on social media first.

Niko: I became her fan long time ago when I saw her photo on social medias. I fell in love with her at first sight when I met her in Shanghai in person about 1.5 years ago and I started approaching her since then.

First impression of each other?

Congya: The first time I met her is during a dinner with a bunch of friends. She would argue with me no matter what I say. I find it very strange and later she told me she was trying to attract me at that time.

Niko: This girl is so slim, so determined, and so interesting.

What is the most memorable moment or the most memorable thing the other person did for you?

Congya: Moved to my city and lived with me.

Niko: My shoe worn out one day and she went to a multi-brands shops to purchase a pair of limited edition shoes for me even though she was really busy that day.

How did you maintain your intimate relationship with each other?

Congya: Communication. We always share the interesting things with each other. We always travel, read books, discuss music, exercise, discuss religion and other common interests that we share with each other.

Niko: Through many small things such as small gifts, special dinner, travel, and romantic nights.

Is this the first time you used a polaroid to record your intimate relationship? What is the difference in comparison to digital photography?

Niko: Yes. Polaroid comes with filters and I like this new concept.

Would the other person influence your outfit?

Congya: Soso. I have a clear knowledge of what styles fit me well, so she can hardly affect me.

Niko: Yes! I did not have any knowledge about fashion before knowing her. Now I would pay attention to all different brands’ runway shows and outfit ideas.
