Shipping + Returns
JNBY gladly takes responsibility for domestic shipping costs for our customers for orders over $100. We ship via Fedex, please allow 3-7 business days after the merchandise is shipped for the packages to arrive. Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Bellevue, WA. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Customers are responsible for international shipping costs. A customs duty fee will be added to the order depending upon the country in which you reside. JNBY is not responsible for payment of this fee. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices; we must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed, merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must have their original tags and packaging. Bra, bodysuits, jewelry, shoes, socks and final sale items can not be returned.
JNBY is not responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases). All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
