Lost/Stolen Packages

If your order is stated “Delivered” when you track the order through Fedex but you did not receive it, you need to contact Fedex first to see whether the package is stolen/lost/misplaced. After the package is shipped, there is limited things we can do to change/return the order. To prevent lost/stolen packages, you can also request us to ship to your nearest Fedex location and you can pick up from there.
